AUDREY DICKEY MINISTRIES

Glory International Center

"A Center for God's Presence"

“The enemy does not stop his maneuvers to interfere with the will of God just because we have experienced a victory. He is stubborn in his pursuit to stop the plan of God.” Just as a snake, a serpent will recoil and try to strike a target he considers as his enemy; Satan will do the same thing in spiritual warfare. “Many times in spiritual battle, he will recoil and try to strike again after God’s people have secured a victory.”
“Seasoned intercessors are aware of these tactics and have learned ways to prevent many of these attacks.” You may need to increase your base of intercession with each increase in your ministry or business.

            (1) Faithfully follow-up with prayer after a victory in your life. Prayer is not only needed to bring God’s plan into your life but to maintain it because you have an enemy that fights God’s plan for your life. Praying after a victorious event is usually the time we need to pray the most. Bind, resist and block revenge, retaliation, retribution, and transference of spirits.

            (2) Remember to inquire of the Lord each step of the way. Even though you have inquired of the Lord in the past, you must also inquire of the Lord with each new step. “The strategy for one battle may not be the strategy for the next battle.”

            (3) Guard your heart because after a hard battle, it is easy to let anger, bitterness or even pride in. Deception can get in with hurt and bitterness.

            (4) Maintain divine connections in your life.  If the enemy can get to you through “troubles” and have you detach yourself from the Body of Christ, especially mentors or spiritual leaders God has given you, the enemy will try to destroy you. When we are joined with other believers, there is an exponential increase in power. “The enemy wants you isolated. Isolation leaves a person vulnerable to further attacks from the enemy. The Bible calls the Church an army. An army does not consist of a single soldier, but of many soldiers joined together.”

            (5) “Another principle to prevent backlash is to be sure that you are accountable to spiritual authority.  Accountability is not a place of bondage but a place of freedom.” Because of your spiritual relationship with others they have a right to speak into your life which will help you defeat the enemy. “Accountability is a blessing from the Lord.” “Jesus promised to build His Church and said that the enemy would not be able to resist this Church, Matt. 16:18.”

            (6) Use Binding and Loosing Prayers and take authority over your situation and outcome in the name of the Lord.
