​WEB SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND GLORY INTERNATIONAL CENTER

Glory International Center hereinafter referred to as the “GIC” Web Site or “Site” is comprised of and provides information and services on its Web site under the following terms and conditions:

This Web Site is owned and operated by Glory International Center aka Audrey Dickey Ministries the home of Christian Love Fellowship Church, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.

This document provides important information and services regarding your use of the “GIC” Web Site. Furthermore, it is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the “GIC” Web Site acknowledges that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.

User agrees not to use this Site in any way which violates such laws or regulations. Further, this Site is not responsible for web-casting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. The “GIC” Site prohibits unauthorized links to the Site and the framing of any information contained on the site or any portion of the Site.   • ​INDEMNITY: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless,  Glory International Center herein referred to as “GIC” Web Site, its suppliers and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, including all third parties mentioned on this Site, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the “GIC” Web Site and the content or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  • WEBSITE PICTURES: It is the policy of "GIC" to obtain required permission for use of pictures displayed on this website. In the event, a picture has been displayed, shown or included for which permission was not granted, it is through oversight and the picture will be removed upon receipt of notice.


  • PRAISE REPORTS: In sharing your praise reports also referred to as “testimonies and prophecies fulfilled” to glorify God and bless other believers, you agree to the following terms and conditions: (1) I give my irrevocable consent to share my praise report on all platforms of “GIC” and its church. I also give my consent to have my testimony shared in teaching resources in print and via other platforms by “GIC” publishers. (2) I agree to subject my testimony to editing for language and readability where the accuracy of my testimony is not compromised. (3) I give my praise report voluntarily and confirm that the information given is accurate and true to the best of my ability and remembrance. (4) I agree that I will make no claims against  Glory International Center herein referred to as “GIC” aka Audrey Dickey Ministries and the home of Christian Love Fellowship Church, Inc. or its publisher (including any licensees and assigns), in connection with the use of my praise report in "GIC" teaching resources or any related publicity materials.


  • GENERAL PROVISIONS: If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warrant disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Glory International Center herein referred to as “GIC” aka Audrey Dickey Ministries with respect to the “GIC” Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Glory International Center with respect to the “GIC” Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in Judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
